SRM University Library –
The university library has complete climate control. A large library encompassing a variety of engineering and technology, medical and health sciences, and science and humanities topics is housed in a 15-story building. There are 61289 titles in 140518 volumes of books that are available at the library. 200 encyclopaedias and 1500 handbooks are also part of the collection. Back volume is around 4105, and project thesis is 8235. 781 standards, including those from BIS, ISA, and IEEE The library has over 5938 books on CDs, 2710 journals on CDs, 25 encyclopaedias on CDs, 20 self-learning tutorials, and 850 video programmes. There is a cumulative database with around 2.52 lakh records spanning the years 1990 to 1999. The library building has automated climate control. There is a photocopy machine in the library.
