Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research -[GSIMR] is a private institution based in Madhya Pradesh, India, in the city of Indore. In the year 1997, it was created. The institution is affiliated with Indore’s Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya College and is accredited by the All India Technical Education Council (AICTE).
In 1956, a society set up SGSITS for the first time. It was created to improve engineering education and the company also formed an independent management institute known as the Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Science, later looking at the need for the hour. The 6 Acre campus is entirely Wi-Fi and the building is fitted with educational aids and audiovisual facilities.
GSIMR strives to build successful executives and business leaders. We aim to ensure that our students learn the right skills needed in every organization to survive and grow. Equal focus is also imposed on enhancing students’ correct beliefs and behaviors to help them sail through tough and difficult times. GSIMR Infrastructure & Facility
Classroom
At GSIMR, the classrooms, lecture rooms, and tutor rooms are completely fitted with state-of-the-art technology to meet current requirements. It is allowed for the teaching-learning pedagogy used in the classrooms and all classrooms are equipped with a standard range of presentation equipment that offers our faculty the best multimedia resources for their teaching needs. The lecture halls can accommodate up to 120 students, while the tutorial classes are designed for 20-30 students. The classrooms can accommodate 60 students. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus enables students to access the internet from all over the campus.
Computer Lab
The primary objective of a well-equipped computer laboratory at GSIMR is to provide students with the requisite IT skills and sufficient assistance to increase their chances of succeeding in their assignments and subsequent projects. The air-conditioned computer lab offers high broadband internet speed to the students as well as the faculty along with efficient 24 * 7 backup, making them competent to stay up-to-date with all the technological developments that occur around the world. In addition to this, the college is WiFi Allowed, which lets students to work from anywhere on the campus on their assignments. The college has an advanced computer lab to provide students with hands-on training.
Library
GSIMR Institute has a large and well-equipped library. It has more than 12,000 books and subscribes to approximately 12 journals, 30 magazines, and 50 Indian and international journals covering all facets of management. In fact, in different areas of management discipline, GSIMR has the reputation of being an educational institution with the most recent publications. The Library has an issue section that contains books on different management issues, while the reference section contains related books by popular authors, economic journals, and magazines that are distinct from the curriculum subjects.
A wide section of general books consisting of self-help books, autobiographies of business tycoons, corporate leaders, and general management books are also available at the GSIMR Library. It also has facilities for the E-Library.
Auditorium
GSIMR Institute has a centrally air-conditioned and well-equipped auditorium with the new 250-seating capacity audio-video-cum-projection facilities, which is the cornerstone of Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research’s academic, co-curricular and cultural activities. The Auditorium is a multi-use concert hall with a warm and friendly atmosphere and excellent acoustics.
Sports
The Sports Club was founded to foster young sports enthusiasts with the goal of combining sports and education. By giving them an innovative amalgamation of an educational curriculum along with professional sports mentorship, we believe in nurturing them and supporting their ambitions. To foster a vibrant sports community sponsored by the Sports Club, competitions with local clubs and other organizations are also arranged. In many local as well as inter-college and university tournaments, the GSIMR team has participated. The club organizes numerous sporting activities, such as cricket, football, basketball, kabaddi, kho-kho, table tennis, chess, and many more.
Incubation Cell
The GSIMR Institute has the first incubation center of its kind for the promotion of green start-ups in the region. The center’s mission is to facilitate sustainability through renewable, green energy. The Incubation Center has linked up with 10 investors nationally. Our expert team will help finance, invest, and market the products produced by start-ups.

DUAL SPECIALIZATION MBA CORE (FULL TIME)
The MBA program provides insight into business and growth administration. In the area of finance, sales, and marketing, human resources, logistics and business intelligence, management information systems, etc., there are a number of job openings, which are also rewarding. - Financial Management
