Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies is a conglomerate in India with its headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It is one of India’s oldest industrial groups in the engineering sector. The Group was founded by Late Shri LaxmanraoK Kirloskar in 1888, but under the leadership of Late Shri ShantanuraoLaxmanraoKirloskar, it achieved its highest growth rates in the Indian industry.
To bring Mr.Shantanurao Kirloskar’s thoughts into practice, the Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies was established in Harihar, Karnataka in the year 1991. The second KIAMS campus was subsequently set up in Pune in the year 2010. Both are residential campuses and offer a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) two-year full-time program, duly approved by AICTE, Ministry of Education, Govt. Around India.

The uniqueness of Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies
- KIAMS has an Industry Coordinator Committee (ICC) composed of representatives from various industries as well as scholars. To make the program industry-oriented, improvements are required to the ICC guides. Industry 4.0 Lab of Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies
SUMAN-( Sustainable Universal Manufacturing Enhanced Node)-Center of Excellence for Disruptive Innovation and Industry 4.0 Lab has been set up by the Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Pune.
The Industry 4.0 lab is set up in collaboration with the C4i4 lab, which is one of four centers set up by the Department of Heavy Industries, Government of India, under the Samarth Udyog Initiative.
The laboratory enables students and faculty to work on live industrial projects in disruptive innovation fields and also conducts awareness seminars for practitioners in the industry and members of the faculty.

Course: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
To prepare and build managers for the next generation, KIAMS offers a two-year, fully residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management Program. With top-of-the-line equipment, it offers a state-of-the-art learning environment. The Post Graduate Management Diploma (PGDM) and the Postgraduate Business Analytics & Decision Science Program (PGP BA & DS) are two full-time residential programs for two years.
PGDM is available under five specializations, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Capital, and Business Analytics, spread over six trimesters.

Graduate or appearing for the final year with an aggregate of minimum 50% (without round off).

The Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies accepts applications for admission to the PGDM program from eligible candidates. The application fee is Rs 750 and is non-refundable.
For Application Online:
Step 1: Applicants should log on to the website of the institute and complete the online application form.
Step 2: Once completed, the applicant will be routed to the fee payment page to pay the specified application fee online.
Stage 3: The INR 850 application fee can be charged via online payment modes such as credit/debit card / net banking/transfer of online funds etc.
Step 4: After satisfactory fee payment, a registration ID is created that is to be maintained until the admission process is completed.
For Offline Application:
Step 1: Candidates can download from the Institute’s website a copy of the application form.
