B.Tech Admission:

40% of seats are allotted through KCET conducted by the Government of Karnataka.

60% of seats are allotted through management quota.

Eligibility criteria for BE :

Candidates must be passed in 10+2 or equivalent board examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Electronics with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for the reserved category which includes SC, ST, OBC, etc.)

Eligibility criteria for MBA :

Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved category which includes SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, OBC, etc.)

To take admissions in Ph.D. courses, candidates need to qualify the University Level Research Aptitude Test (ULRAT) conducted by VTU.
