ABOUT COMEDK UGET ENTRANCE EXAM

• COMEDK UGET is a Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation that has introduced a new platform to determine the merit of students seeking admission in Karnataka i. e. “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” (COMEDK). COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) is a state-level Entrance Exam which is applicable only in Karnataka. This exam is a clear path for admissions in Engineering & Architecture courses. Through this Entrance, Exam candidates can apply for admission in more than 120 colleges/institutes. Through COMEDK Entrance Exam a new path opens for candidates to ever 20000 BTech & BArch seats that are offered by State Government. Theirs a huge amount of 70000 candidates who try to secure their seats in the COMEDK exam every year.
• The Candidate has to take a note, if he/she is having an interest in BArch courses then the candidate has to first appear for NATA (NATIONAL APTITUDE TEST IN ARCHITECTURE) & then participate in COMEDK Counselling for the allocation of seats.

IMPORTANT DATES COMEDK UGET Exam 2024

• The exam of Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka COMEDK UGET 2020 exam is going to be held on 19th August 2020. This date is the rescheduled date of the COMEDK UGET 2020 exams.
• The form is to be submitted online. Online application submission was started on the 16th of January 2020. The resubmission of the online application started on 14th June till 17th June & there was also a correction facility provided which was to be done from 22nd June to 25th June. The last date of fee payment & application submission was scheduled on 30th May but there was a relief given by the authority of resubmission of application as given in the previous sentence.
• The dates of downloading the COMEDK UGET hall ticket are to be notified. While going for the exam student must carry their valid ID Proof & Hall Ticket. The student should attach their photo to their hall ticket which they have downloaded itself.

 COMEDK UGET Exam 2024 ADMIT CARD AND EXAM PATTERN

• COMEDK UGET declares it admit card to be downloaded at comedk.org. The candidate uses to enter their application no./user id and password and it is essential to carry a valid id proof and 2 passport size photographs with their COMEDK UGET admit card on the day of the exam.
• COMEDK UGET exam is the undergraduate entrance exam conduct by the Karnataka government for engineering and architecture students. Currently, because COVID-19 Pandemic Test is postponed to the 19th of August. This is the golden chance for the aspirants to go through the syllabus and work hard and revise for the exam. Candidates will get to know about the Nature of questions ask and difficulty level of questions.
• This exam is an online-based exam having 180 questions. The syllabus is based on 10+2 Or 2nd PUC. Exam time for attempt 180 questions is 180 minutes. The target for students to solve one question in one minute.
• Candidates will get 1 mark forever correct question. In this examination no provision of negative marking. Mark will not get deducted even the answer is wrong. English is the only medium of exam

COMEDK UGET EXAM 2024 REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

• The form is to be submitted online. Online application submission was started on the 16th of January 2020. and the last date for the registration was 30^th There was a relief of reopening of admission date for candidates on the 14^th of June till the 17^th of June 2020. If any candidate was not able to submit the form on the previous date, then this resubmission date was a big relief for the candidate.
• Like every entrance & competitive exams have some eligibility criteria, Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka COMEDK UGET 2020 exam also have some eligibility criteria of it. Each & every candidate who is applying for this exam should get familiar with all of the requirements & conditions that COMEDK UGET is having.
• COMEDK UGET Exam is only be given after second PUC or 10 + 2 higher secondary or any equivalent examination by State/Central Government. The candidate should be familiar with some subjects like Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry in the two years for 10 + 2 qualifying examinations.
• The candidate of General Category should have secured at least 45% aggregate marks & also got good scoring in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry in 10 + 2 (or equivalent) examination. The candidates with SC/ST/OBC categories should have been secured above 40% aggregate. Diploma candidates don’t fit in COMEDK UGET criteria as there are no lateral entry admissions.
• COMEDK UGET 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech/ B.E. Programmes in Biotechnology/ Biology
• The eligibility for B.TECH/B.E. Programmes in BIOTECHNOLOGY/BIOLOGY is somehow the same. The candidate should have passed 10 + 2 (or equivalent) examination in the Science field. The candidate should be good at Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects and should also be familiar with one of these subjects:- Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer/Science/Electronics.

COMEDK UGET EXAM FEE STRUCTURE

• A consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka COMEDK UGET 2020 exam’s fees structure is very simply explained here.
• The candidate who is applying for COMEDK UGET Exam is to pay only Rs. 1600/- (One Thousand Six Hundred only) + Convenience charge/fee as applicable & if the candidate is giving both COMEDK UGET & UNI-GAUGE E ENTRANCE EXAMS then the candidate has to pay Rs. 2600/- (Two Thousand Six Hundred only) + Convenience charge/fee as applicable.
• The candidate can only do payment through online only with their Debit Cards/Credit Cards & Net Banking. If the candidate is doing payment through Debit card/Credit card then the convenience fee will be charged between 1.05% and 1.15% of transaction amount (depending on the card)+ GST on convenience charge as applicable. If the candidate is paying through Net Banking then he will be charged with A convenience fee between Rs 18 and Rs 23 (may vary from bank to bank)+ GST on convenience charge as applicable. The Candidate can also check the Convenience fees & charges before making payment. The fees are clearly nonrefundable under any circumstances including judicial & any other reasons. Please re-login under the application after doing the payment to check the status of your payment.
• The application fee paid for COMEDK UGET & UNI-GAUGE is independent of each other. If the candidate is having any issue or wanted to claim then he can approach the respective agencies for redressal.

COMEDK UGET EXAM 2024 ANSWER KEY

• The answer key of the UGET 2024 will release by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) on the official website. Later authorities Consider The objection by the students after that release the final answer key of COMEDK UGET 2020. There is the provision for students to file an objection against the answer key released by COMEDK UGET 2020.After considering the student’s objection against answer key final answer key COMEDK UGET 2024 Declare.
