B.Tech Admission Process (UG) – Through MHT CET / JEE Main
 
Eligibility:
 
	- Passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.
 
- Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
 
Entrance Exam:
 
	- Appear for MHT CET (preferred for Maharashtra students) or JEE Main (for All India quota).
 
Registration for CAP:
 
	- Register on the MHT CET CAP Portal for centralized counseling and seat allotment.
 
Document Verification:
 
	- Upload and verify required documents online or at designated FCs (Facilitation Centers).
 
Choice Filling:
 
	- Select COEP and preferred branches during choice filling.
 
Seat Allotment:
 
	- Seats allotted based on merit (MHT CET/JEE Main rank), category, and preferences.
 
Admission Confirmation:
 
	- Accept seat, pay the fee, and report to the college to confirm admission.
M.Tech Admission Process (PG) – Through GATE
	- Eligibility:
 
		- B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
 
 
- Entrance Exam:
 
		- Appear for GATE and obtain a valid score.
 
 
- Application to COEP:
 
		- Apply online via COEP PG admission portal using GATE score.
 
 
- Merit List & Counseling:
 
		- Shortlisting based on GATE score. Some programs may include interviews.
 
 
- Document Verification & Admission:
 
		- Submit documents and pay admission fees to confirm the seat.
 
 
Ph.D. Admission Process
	- Eligibility:
 
		- Master’s degree in relevant field with minimum qualifying marks.
 
 
- Entrance Exam & Interview:
 
		- Appear for COEP’s Ph.D. entrance test (GATE/NET qualified candidates may be exempted).
 
- Shortlisted candidates undergo an interview.
 
 
- Final Selection:
 
		- Based on entrance performance, interview, and availability of guides/research areas.
