Frequently asked questions
Can I get re-admission after a gap year?
Yes. Many private universities and autonomous colleges accept students after a gap of one to three years. You will usually need a gap certificate or an affidavit explaining the gap.
Can I change college after 1st or 2nd year?
It is often possible through migration or credit transfer, if both universities allow it and seats are available. Rules differ by university, so we check your case first.
Can I take admission if I have backlogs?
Some universities allow students with pending backlogs (ATKT) to continue or join, depending on their rules. Our counsellors can tell you which colleges accept your situation.
Which documents are needed for re-admission?
Usually your 10th and 12th mark sheets, mark sheets from your previous college, a transfer certificate (TC), a migration certificate, a gap certificate or affidavit if you had a gap, and ID proof.
What is lateral entry?
Lateral entry lets diploma holders join a B.Tech or B.E. course directly in the second year instead of starting from the first year.
