Course Refunds:

1.1. Self-paced Online Courses: CareerMantra offers a one day money-back guarantee for all self-paced online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content or experience within the first day of enrollment, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at [admin@careermantra.net]. Please note that refunds requested after the one day period will not be honored.

1.2. Live Online Courses: For live online courses, refunds are available within the first session of the course. If you find that the course does not meet your expectations or requirements, please contact our support team during the first session to request a refund. Refunds will not be processed after the completion of the first session.

Coaching Cancellations:

2.1. One-on-One Coaching: To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being counted as delivered, and no refund will be provided.
