Selection Criteria: Candidates are evaluated based on various factors including:

Past academic performance
Scores in standardized tests such as CAT, MAT, AIMS Test for Management Admission (ATMA), and Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT)
Performance in Group Discussion & Personal Interview
Work experience, if any, focusing on job content & organization Note: Candidates scoring less than 40 percentile in MAT are required to appear for EMAT.
