Admission to Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law (CPJCHS), Delhi is conducted through the admission process of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Candidates seeking admission must qualify for the required entrance examination and participate in the university counselling process.
For undergraduate courses such as BBA, BBA (CAM), BCA, and B.Com (Hons.), admission is generally based on IPU CET or CUET scores followed by centralized counselling conducted by GGSIPU. Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 50% marks to be eligible for these programs.
For law programs such as BA LL.B (Hons.) and BBA LL.B (Hons.), candidates must appear for the CLAT or CUET examination, after which seats are allotted through the university counselling process based on merit and availability. Admission to LL.M requires a valid law degree and entrance test qualification.
The university conducts centralized online counselling, where students must register, fill their preferred courses and colleges, and select CPJ College as their choice. Seats are allotted based on entrance scores, merit rank, category reservation, and seat availability.
Additionally, a limited number of seats (around 10%) are available under the Management Quota, for which candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and apply directly through the college.
After seat allotment, students must complete document verification, submit required certificates, and pay the admission fee to confirm their admission. Required documents generally include 10th and 12th mark sheets, entrance exam scorecard, admission letter, photographs, and identity proof.
The academic session for newly admitted students usually begins between July and August after completion of counselling and admission formalities.
