Eligibility Verification
- Make sure you fulfill the prerequisite requirements for the course you are applying for (as stated in the course description).
2. Submission of an Application
- Get the application form via the campus admissions office or online at the university's official website.
- Provide the required information on the application form, including your personal data, educational background, and preferred courses.
3. Submission of Documents
- Together with the filled-out application, send in the necessary paperwork:
- Mark sheets for grades 10 and 12 (for undergraduate courses)
- Certificate of bachelor's degree (for postgraduate studies)
- Certificate of Transfer (TC) and Conduct Certificate of Migration (if applicable)
- passport-sized pictures
- Identity verification (passport, Aadhar, etc.)
- Certificate of Caste, if relevant
- Certificate of medical fitness (for courses linked to nursing and health)
4. The entrance exam
- The university may require applicants to have valid admission exam results, such as CAT, MAT, or CMAT, for some courses, like MBA.
- Admission to other schools is typically determined on merit, or how well a candidate performed on prior qualifying exams.
5. Interviews and counseling (if applicable)
- As part of the selection process, certain courses could ask applicants to participate in a personal interview or counseling session.
6. Admissions Selection and Offer
- The university will shortlist applicants based on their merit or entrance exam results and, if relevant, their interview and counseling.
- The institution will extend an offer of admission to the chosen applicants.
7. Fee Payment
- Candidates must confirm their admission by paying the necessary admission fees within the allotted time after being chosen.
8. Admission Confirmation
- Upon payment of the fee, candidates will get an admission confirmation letter confirming their admittance.
9. Classes Start
- Students will start classes in accordance with the academic schedule that the institution provides after completing the admissions requirements.
