J.S University (JSU), Shikohabad

J.S. University accepts applications both offline and online. All qualified applicants are admitted to the institute. Candidates must be proficient in both written and spoken Hindi and English. Admission will be granted based on the student's performance and merit in previously qualified exams. Only the semester in which the student applies will be covered by the admissions offer.

How to apply:

• Go to the university's official webpage.

• Select the link for the Admission Form.

• It will open a PDF file that has to be downloaded.

• With a demand draft made payable to the Registrar of J.S. University, Shikohabad, complete the form and turn it in at the university office.

• The application form can also be turned in in person at the university office.

• By mailing the DD to the university, candidates can also choose to receive the application form by mail.

• Application fees are INR 1,000 (online), INR 600 (by mail), or INR 500 (by DD or in person).

In order to process an application for admission to J.S. University, the following documents are needed:

• Form for Application to J.S. University

• Official Secondary School Certificate with self-attestation Official Grade Reports and Mark Sheets

• Four New Images

• Caste Certificate (if you fall under the OBC or SC/ST categories)

• A copy of the candidate's identification, such as their voter or Adhar card

• A 1,000 Indian rupee non-refundable application fee

• appropriate visa paperwork and a passport photocopy (for international students)

Merit-Based grants: Students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement in their prior coursework, such as high 10+2 or college scores, are eligible for these grants. Depending on their performance, eligible students may be eligible for tuition cost reductions or waivers.

Need-Based Scholarships: To enable students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to continue their education without facing financial hardship, JSU offers financial aid. In order to be eligible, students must submit supporting documentation.

Special Category Scholarships: In an effort to foster diversity and inclusivity on campus, the institution provides scholarships to students who fall into particular categories, such as SC/ST, OBC, and minority groups. Scholarships are also offered to children of military members and students with impairments.

• There is no on-campus placement for my course, but B.Tech students have placement opportunities.

• B.Tech Placement Details:

  • Placement Rate: Around 40% of students get placed each year

• Placement Eligibility:

  • Students are eligible for placements starting from the 7th semester.

• Company Visits and Offers:

  • Companies that have visited include TCS, Samsung, and others.

  • Highest Package Offered: 12 LPA

  • Average Package Offered: 4 LPA

  • Placement Rate: Approximately 60% of students are placed on campus.

• After completing my degree, I plan to:

  • Seek a well-paid job in my field, OR

  • Consider further studies, possibly in B.Tech.
