Get it in person: Alternatively, pick up an application form directly from the college campus.

Once you have the form, complete it with all the required information (Step 2).

Submission: Submit the completed application form along with the application fee (INR 1,000) in cash or by demand draft (payable to ICCMRT, Lucknow) at the college campus (Step 3).
