The Gwalior mayor, Ms. Samiksha Gupta, officially opened the main seminar room, Ramanujan Hall, on September 5, 2010. It satisfies all needs for an advanced location by having a built-in stage, Public Address System, LCD Projector, and Adjustable Furniture.

Cafeteria

The canteen's environment is hygienically clean and ideal for serving nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks. A well-constructed canteen is a wonderful spot to hang out with your pals during break.

Library

A library measures how strong the academic environment is. There are more than 15000 volumes of books in an institute in Malwa, including 1500 titles of the newest technical and management books and a sufficient quantity of national and international magazines. It is situated on the ground floor and is larger than required by AlCTE. All branches have an open access system, internet browsing, a multimedia facility, a book bank programme for all students, and educational audio/video CDs.

Tutorial Room (With Attention to Weak Students)

A Pentium-lV configured setup with multiple terminal units connected through LAN and ISDN Internet as well, for round-the-clock global connectivity, is used in three very advanced computer labs at Computer Laboratory Institute, each of which has more than 60 computers and the most recent versions of hardware and software. The opening of a second new computer lab is imminent.

Sports and games
