Admission to ITS Dental College, Hospital & Research Centre is conducted in a fair, transparent, and merit-based manner as per the norms of the Dental Council of India. The college offers admission to its BDS (Undergraduate) and MDS (Postgraduate) programmes through national-level entrance examinations followed by centralized counselling.

BDS Admission Process

Students seeking admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme must first appear for and qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). Only candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria and secure a valid NEET score can participate in the counselling process.

After qualifying NEET-UG, candidates need to register for the state or central counselling process as applicable. During counselling, students can select their preferred colleges and courses. Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, category, and availability of seats.

Once a seat is allotted at ITS Dental College, candidates must report for document verification and complete the admission formalities, including payment of the prescribed fees. Admission is confirmed only after successful verification of documents and fee submission.

The BDS programme has a duration of five years, including four years of academic study and one year of compulsory rotatory internship.

MDS Admission Process

For admission to the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programme, candidates must qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS). Applicants should have completed their BDS degree from a recognized institution and must have finished the mandatory internship. Registration with the State Dental Council is also required.

Eligible candidates must participate in the centralized counselling process for postgraduate dental admissions. Seats are allotted strictly on the basis of NEET-MDS rank and specialization preference.

After seat allotment, candidates are required to complete document verification and pay the required fees to confirm their admission.

The MDS programme is a three-year full-time postgraduate course designed to provide advanced clinical training and specialization.
