Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • Passing 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects.

 

  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (40% for reserved categories).

 

  • Candidate should be 17 years old by December 31st of the year of admission.

 

Entrance Exam:

 

  • Admission on the basis of NEET-UG score.

 

  • Candidates need to appear in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and obtain a cutoff mark.

 

Counseling:

 

  • Candidates who are eligible in NEET-UG get admission through counseling organized by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

 

  • The seats are filled in accordance with NEET-UG ranks, category, and seats available.

 

Document Verification:

 

  • Once the candidates are selected, they need to get document verification done along with submitting necessary educational and identification documents.

 

Final Admission:

 

  • After verification of documents, candidates need to pay tuition fees and confirm their admission in the MBBS course.

 

2. Admission to MD/MS (Postgraduate)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • Completion of MBBS from a recognized university.

 

  • Should have already undergone the necessary internship prior to joining the course.

 

Entrance Exam:

 

  • Entry to MD/MS courses depends on the NEET-PG ranking.

 

  • Eligible candidates are required to appear and attain a valid ranking in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG).

 

Counseling:

 

  • NEET-PG successful candidates are entitled to counseling organized by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for the distribution of seats.

 

Document Verification:

 

  • Document verification is necessary for shortlisted candidates following the counseling round.

 

Final Admission:

 

  • Following document verification, the candidates need to pay the fee and confirm their admission to the MD/MS course.
