 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 

(a) It is the candidate's obligation to determine whether or not they meet the requirements for admission. But engaging in counseling does not imply that one is accepted for eligibility. Final admission eligibility will be determined during counseling and thereafter when the University and ACMS review the supporting documentation. The college has the right to withdraw a candidate's application without providing a refund of any fees or charges paid if it is determined that the candidate is ineligible at any point before, during, or after the course begins.

 (b)Only the documents listed in Paragraph 6d (iii) to (xi) must be brought by all students in soft copy, together with attested photocopies of the original documents. Pupils may bring a soft copy via email, Google Drive, or pen drive. The files must be supplied in either PDF or Doc format. Per document, a maximum file size of 8 MB is permitted. Students may also bring a soft copy of a jpeg file with a passport-size photo (up to a maximum of 7 MB in size). 

(c) Students can generate an Academic bank of credits (ABC) number by registering on DigiLocker app and carrying a copy of Aadhaar card.

(d) Documents required at the time of admission (Original along with attested photocopy) :- 

i. Photocopy of NEET Admit Card. 

ii. Admission receipt received from GGSIPU at the time of counseling

 iii. All original mark sheets of qualifying examination. 

iv. Proof of date of birth (secondary school certificate issued by the Board/University).

 v. Certificate and mark sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University from which he/she passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination. 

vi. Migration certificate.

 vii. Conduct and character certificate from the head of the institution from where qualifying examination was passed or from a Gazetted Officer. 

viii. SC/ST certificate (if applicable). 

ix. Proof of eligible category as per Appendix 9 A to 9D of part I of the admission brochure to be filled by Army wards and signed by the competent authority (Submit as applicable). 

x. Original & photocopy of PPO, service record/discharge book, identity card (in original only) serving certificate and dependent/ECHS card. 

xi. 12 passport size and 04 stamp size photographs.

 (e) The under-mentioned affidavit as per format attached to these instructions are required to be prepared on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- and duly attested from Notary Public/First Class Magistrate from State of Delhi.
