Hostel - 2025 (Institute of Management Studies, Varanas...)

IMS provides well-maintained hostel facilities for students, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The hostels have spacious rooms, high-speed internet, mess facilities with nutritious food, and recreational areas. The institute maintains strict security and discipline within hostel premises. Additional facilities include indoor and outdoor sports areas, study halls, and a medical center. The hostel life at IMS fosters interaction, teamwork, and peer learning, enhancing the overall student experience.

The hostel is good. Hostel fees are very less, approximately ranging from Rs 2000 to Rs 7000 per semester only for different departments, excluding mess. For food, you have to pay Rs 40-50 per plate whenever you want to eat during mess hours. You can eat in any of the mess of the university by paying 1 plate charge. BHU is the largest residential university in Asia. But still, some students may not get hostels because of the large crowd of students. Hostels are provided based on the ranks or merit list at the time of admission.
