NMAT 2026 Exam Pattern

NMAT 2026 is a computer-adaptive, multiple-choice examination consisting of three separately timed sections. Candidates can choose the order in which they attempt the sections before starting the test.

• Total Questions: 108

• Total Duration: 120 minutes

• Total Score Range: 36–360

• Section Score Range: 12–120 per section

• Negative Marking: No negative marking

• Section Timing: Each section has a separate time limit.

Candidates should answer questions within the allotted time because unused time from one section cannot be transferred to another section. The adaptive format adjusts question difficulty based on responses.
