NMAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can register for NMAT by GMAC, but admission eligibility is determined by the individual business school and programme.

For NMIMS MBA programmes, candidates generally need a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks. Final-year undergraduate students may also apply, subject to the university's admission conditions.

Some specialised programmes may have additional academic or subject-specific requirements. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria of their preferred institute before applying.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from a recognised university, as required by the selected institute.

• The minimum graduation marks specified by the chosen programme.

• Final-year students may apply where permitted by the institute.

• Candidates must satisfy any additional requirements set by their selected business school.
