XAT 2027 will be conducted in computer-based mode for a total duration of 180 minutes.

Marking Scheme
Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
Each incorrect answer in the main examination attracts a penalty of 0.25 marks.
Up to 8 questions can be left unanswered without penalty.
Each unanswered question beyond the first 8 attracts a penalty of 0.1 marks.
The General Knowledge section has no negative marking.
General Knowledge marks are not included in the overall percentile calculation but may be considered during XLRI's selection process.
Important Points
Candidates can switch between sections during the examination. There are no separate sectional time limits for the main examination. A scientific calculator is available within the exam interface.
