XAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the basic educational requirements to appear for XAT 2027.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold a recognised bachelor's degree of at least three years' duration in any discipline.

• Final-year graduation students can also apply.

• Final-year candidates must complete their final examinations by 11 June 2027, as specified in the official eligibility guidelines.

• There is no minimum graduation percentage specified for appearing in XAT.

Other Important Points

• Candidates from any academic stream can apply.

• There is no age limit for appearing in XAT.

• Indian candidates must appear for XAT 2027 for admission through the XAT route.

• NRI, foreign, OCI and PIO candidates may have alternative application options through GMAT, subject to programme rules.

• XLRI and other participating colleges may have additional programme-specific admission requirements.

Meeting the XAT eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission. Candidates must also satisfy the requirements of their preferred business schools.
