1. Scholarships from the government

The Maharashtra State Government offers scholarships to students who fall under one of the following reserved categories: SC, ST, OBC, NT, VJ, or SBC. These consist of:
Scholarship for Post-Matric Students (PMS)
Chahatrapati Rajarshi Shahu Scholarship for Maharaj Merit
Scholarship for the Economically Backward Class (EBC)
Eligibility: Students must be Maharashtra residents and fulfil the government's specified financial or category requirements.

2. Scholarships from AICTE

Female students pursuing technical education are eligible for the Pragati Scholarship for Girls. The purpose of this award is to encourage girls to pursue engineering and technology studies.
Eligibility requirements include meeting economic and academic performance standards and being enrolled in the first year of a technical degree program.
Saksham Scholarship for Students with Disabilities: offers students with disabilities financial support.
Students who are enrolled in technical courses and have a disability of greater than 40% are eligible.

3. Scholarships for Minorities

Students from minority groups (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi) are eligible for the Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship.
Minority students who earn less than INR 2.5 lakhs annually and who received at least 50% on their previous qualifying test are eligible.

For deserving students, PICT offers institutional scholarships and price reductions depending on their academic achievement and results on entrance tests such as MHT CET and JEE Main.
