UG (B.E./B.Tech) Admission Process:

 

1. TNEA Counseling: 

Admissions are done through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) conducted by Anna University.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates must have completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.

3. Merit-Based: Admission is based on marks obtained in 12th grade (HSC) and merit.

 

4. No Entrance Exam: 

No separate entrance

exam is required for UG admissions.

 

5. TNEA Registration: 

Candidates need to register online on the official TNEA portal and attend the counseling.

 

6. Management Quota:

 Direct admission is available through management quota for a limited number of seats.

 

PG (M.E., MBA, MCA) Admission Process:

 

1. TANCET Exam: 

Admissions to M.E. programs are based on the TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) or GATE scores.

 

2. Eligibility: 

For MBA and MCA, candidates must have a relevant undergraduate degree and should appear for TANCET.

 

3. Counseling Process:

Counseling is conducted through TANCA (Tamil Nadu Common Admission) for M.E., and TANCET counseling for MBA and MCA.

 

4. Management Quota: 

Direct admission is available through management quota for a limited number of seats.

 

Ph.D. Admission Process:

 

1. Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline.

 

2. Written Test and Interview: 

Candidates are selected based on a written test followed by an interview.

 

3. Anna University Norms: 

Ph.D. admission is carried out according to the Anna University guidelines.
