Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu provides a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs in medicine and healthcare. The premier undergraduate course is the MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), which is a 5.5-year course with a one-year mandatory internship.
