Who can Apply?

This centralized counseling applies to all NEET qualifiers who are interested in pursuing MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, or MDS programs at SMCH and SDCH. Whether you're applying for a pre-clinical, para-clinical, or clinical program, you'll need to register through the central government counseling portal.

How to Apply:

1. Register on MCC Portal: Visit the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) at and complete the online registration process.

2. Review Counseling Information: Carefully review the counseling bulletin, counseling scheme, counseling schedule, seat matrix, and participating institutions information available on the MCC website. This information will provide crucial details about the available seats, eligibility criteria, and the counseling process itself.

Selection Criteria:

Selection for admission to various programs at SMCH and SDCH will be based on the scores obtained in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) followed by participation in the central government counseling for deemed universities.

Santosh Scholarship

Objective:

The Santosh Scholarship aims to support and reward research excellence in medical and dental education. It provides financial assistance to postgraduate students enrolled in pre-clinical and para-clinical courses.

Amount:

Up to INR 2,00,000 per annum.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a PG NEET qualifier.

• Must be registered in the Central Government counseling for Deemed Universities conducted by DGHS.

• Must have selected a pre-clinical or para-clinical PG course from Santosh Medical or Dental College, Ghaziabad.

• Must have secured mandatory allotment through DGHS counseling for a pre-clinical or para-clinical specialty from Santosh Medical or Dental Colleges, Ghaziabad, or must be eligible as per the eligible candidate list issued by DGHS counseling for the Stray Vacancy round of Santosh Deemed to be University as per the counseling schedule and scheme.

• Must be a resident of India.

Best2Best Scholarship

Objective:

The Best2Best Scholarship aims to support and reward meritorious students pursuing dental education. It provides financial assistance to undergraduate students enrolled in the BDS course.

Amount:

Up to INR 1,00,000 per annum.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a UG NEET qualifier.

• Must be registered in the Central Government counseling for Deemed Universities conducted by DGHS.

• Must have selected the BDS course from Santosh Dental College, Ghaziabad.

• Must have secured mandatory allotment through DGHS counseling for the BDS course from Santosh Dental College, Ghaziabad, or must be eligible as per the eligible candidate list issued by DGHS counseling for the Stray Vacancy round of Santosh Deemed to be University as per the counseling schedule and scheme.

• Must be a resident of India.

Conditions:

• Preference will be given to candidates with exceptional academic ability and potential.

• Deserving candidates with financial needs will also be considered.

• The scholarship amount will be finalized by the Scholarship Committee after reviewing the application and ensuring that it meets all the above criteria.

• The scholarship is for tuition fees only. Any other expenses incurred by the student will be self-borne.

• Course completion is mandatory, and annual performance will be evaluated each year to determine the continuation of the scholarship.

• Preference will be given to alumni of Santosh Deemed to be University.
