The flagship program of RIIM Pune is the MBA, with various specializations like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Information Technology. It is a two-year full-time course designed to equip the student with leadership roles in the business world. The course curriculum is as per the guidelines of AICTE and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.
