LPU Jalandhar offers various scholarships based on merit, financial need, and category-specific criteria. The university provides financial assistance to deserving students through merit-based scholarships and loans, making education accessible to a larger group of students. Students can also avail government-funded education loans to support their studies.

Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme to students on various parameters. Scholarship can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. Students have been awarded scholarships worth INR 100+ crores in last year only. Scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance on any of the following categories: Percentage in qualifying examination/ Percentage in Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification & toppers in State and Central Board. LPU�s Entrance and Scholarship Test: LPUNEST Scholarship for a specific Program depends on Performance in LPUNEST. Special scholarship scheme on performance in Innovation, Startup, Entrepreneurship & Hackathons: LPU offers a special scholarship scheme on performance in Innovation, Startup, Entrepreneurship & Hackathons. This scholarship is offered to students who would like to continue their pursuit of creative minds. This scholarship is primarily meant to inspire students to follow their dreams. The scholarship will be awarded to the students based on achievements in the previous two years. Students will be selected on the basis of their achievements at the international/national level. The final recommendation for the policy will be given by the selection committee. On the basis of Performance in LPUNEST (Ph.D.) The categories of scholarship are based upon performance in LPUNEST (Ph.D.). The cut-off for each category will be announced along with the result of the respective schedule. Scholarship Brackets: For each category, there exists three brackets of Scholarship (Bracket 1, 2 and 3) are defined. Each bracket has its own respective criteria that need to be met for availing of the applicable scholarship. Therefore, the students meeting the requirement of Bracket- 1 get the highest Scholarship and those in Bracket - 2 or 3 get a relatively lesser scholarship. Scholarship Phases: Admissions in LPU are done in different Phases, which are bifurcations of the Admission time period. The amount of Scholarship also depends on the Phase in which the candidate takes admission in the University. (Phase � I) starts as early as January 2022 and continues till the end of April 2022. The subsequent phases (Phase-II, III, IV, V) are conducted only if the seats in the concerned Programme remain vacant.
