NICMAR Pune Popularly known as the National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a private organization that was established in 1984. Along with Pune, the institute has various other branches situated in Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. NICMAR offers PGP courses that are comparable to MBA degrees in Construction and Management such as Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management Infrastructure Finance Development and Management and so on.
