IRMA 20 merit-based scholarships worth Rs. 1.17 crore for the students of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management). Out of the 20 scholarships,10 would be awarded to the general pool and 10 would be awarded exclusively to female candidates. The scholarship amount will be up to 50% of the tuition fee. The following are the scholarship offered at IRMA, Anand: Mirae Asset Foundation Scholarship: MAF provide 4 scholarships in a year. 2 Scholarship shall be awarded to the 2nd year students and 2 scholarships shall be awarded to the 1st year students. IDFC FIRST Bank Flagship MBA Scholarship: Providing financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker sections of society who are keen on pursuing an MBA degree or its equivalent from one of India’s reputed institutions. Selected students are getting a scholarship of INR 1,00,000/- (per annum) to pursue their MBA or equivalent studies at selected Indian Business School. Institute of Rural Management is one of the selected Institutes for IDFC First Bank MBA Scholarship. Every year the number of students for awarding scholarships is decided by IDFC First Bank officials only. SC Scholarships: This scholarship covers the entire cost of education of SC candidates available at IRMA. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India has allocated 4 scholarships to IRMA for SC students. The scholarship covers tuition fees, non-refundable charges, lodging and boarding expenses, cost of books, stationery, and a personal computer. ST Scholarships: A full scholarship is allocated to ST candidates by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The amount of the scholarship covers tuition fees, boarding and lodging expenses, book grant, and a one-time grant for the purchase of a personal computer. Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme: The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, as per the AICTE rules, is available at IRMA. 12 students will be given 100% TFW. The Waiver is limited to the Tuition Fee. All other Fees except Tuition Fee shall have to be paid by the beneficiary.
