Muthoot Business School

The admission process at Muthoot Business School (MBS), Kochi is designed to identify talented and motivated candidates who demonstrate academic potential, leadership qualities, and managerial aptitude. The selection procedure for the PGDM program is comprehensive and merit-based.

Step 1: Online Application

Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the official website and submit the required application fee to complete the registration process.

Step 2: Entrance Exam Score

Applicants must have a valid score in any of the recognized national-level management entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or ATMA. These scores are used for shortlisting candidates.

Step 3: Muthoot Scholastic Aptitude Test (MSAT)

Shortlisted candidates may be required to appear for the Muthoot Scholastic Aptitude Test (MSAT) conducted by the institute as part of the evaluation process.

Step 4: Personal Interview

Candidates who clear the entrance screening are invited for a Personal Interview (PI). The interview panel evaluates communication skills, subject knowledge, leadership potential, and overall personality.

Step 5: Final Selection

Final admission is granted based on a composite evaluation that includes entrance exam scores, academic performance, MSAT performance, personal interview, and extracurricular achievements. Selected candidates receive an official admission offer and must confirm their seat by paying the prescribed fees within the given deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).

• Final-year students may also apply, subject to completion of their degree within the stipulated time.

• Graduation Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate

• Transfer or Migration Certificate

• Valid Entrance Exam Scorecard
