- Based on merit and MH CET Law scores for 3-year and 5-year LL.B. programs
- LL.M. admission based on merit in graduation or entrance (as per university norms)

- Register for MH CET Law at https://cetcell.mahacet.org
- Appear for the entrance test
- Participate in CAP rounds and choose Akola Law College during choice filling
