Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (CRCE) provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The boys' hostel has a three-storied building with 33 rooms, each of which has three students. Every room is equipped with a bed, table, chair, cupboard, and fan for each student. Other facilities include a recreation room with a television, table tennis table, and carrom board and three guest rooms for visiting parents.

The hostel for the girls is located on the second and third floors of the block of faculty quarters. There are two well-equipped apartments on each floor, and there are facilities to accommodate ten female students per apartment. For fees, according to reports, the hostel charge is around ₹86,240 annually for male and female students alike.
