For B.Tech programmes, admission will be on the basis of KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) score, COMEDK UGET score or management quota. For Master's (M.Tech) programmes, admission will be on the basis of PGCET (Postgraduate Common Entrance Test) or management quota. Also, candidates seeking admission under the managerial quota must meet the institute's selection criteria and submit the necessary documents for verification.

Acharya Institute of Technology offers several scholarships based on merit, economic need and other criteria. Some of the most important scholarships include government scholarships, merit-based scholarships and sports scholarships. The school offers tuition waivers to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and provides financial assistance to enable them to complete their studies

Acharya has announced two categories of scholarships for CET meritorious students.

Category 1: 100% tuition fee waiver, kindly refer to the table below for details.

Category 2: Students from financially backward category (EWS/BPL) and having below 5000 ranks in CET will get full education fee free with additional benefits like

Free hostel and board on shared basis

Scholarship of Rs. 2500 per month

Any elective programme in AIT or Architecture (allocated by CET)

 

Scholarships are available for all years of the programme subject to the condition that students maintain minimum 75% marks and 85% attendance in all semesters.

Domestic Scholarships:

The acceptable requirements for internal students' scholarships cover the following factors:

Academic advantage: Students with outstanding academic results can be used for scholarships.

Sports: State, domestic, or international athletes can access the scholarship program, recognizing sports skills.

NCC: NCC participants with state, national, or international-level representation are eligible for scholarships.

Cultural: Scholarships are offered to students showing cultural talents at the state, national, or international levels.
