Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust (RCWT), which was incorporated in 2006, established RCU. The goal of the country's founding fathers has been to provide education to common Indian residents, especially those from underdeveloped areas of the state of Jharkhand and India. Since its modest beginnings as two Intermediate Colleges fifteen years ago, RCWT has grown into a superb and varied network of academic institutions specialising in technical, professional, and medical fields.

 

The underdeveloped areas of Garhwa and Palamu provide numerous obstacles to the introduction of higher education. In order to encourage boys and girls to pursue further education beyond high school, RCWT has created a culture of awareness-raising and encouragement at the school level.

 

Every area and social class in our society places unique demands on the higher education pathways that will be most helpful to them. The districts of Palamu and Garhwa, along with certain other areas of the state of Jharkhand, are noted to be economically disadvantaged. The same is true for a few of the adjacent regions of the states of Bihar, UP, and Chhattisgarh. These areas are reliant on mining and agriculture. Education at various levels that are appropriate for these places must therefore be introduced. In addition to meeting the needs of the community, the courses must be connected to the agricultural and industrial sectors in order to promote the region's overall growth.
