• MBBS: Through NEET-UG conducted by NTA; counseling via Tamil Nadu State Quota & All India Quota (AIQ)
• PG (MD/MS): Through NEET-PG followed by centralized counseling
• SS (DM/M.Ch): Through NEET-SS
• Allied Programs: Admission via PSG entrance or merit-based counseling
