KS Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) is a significant medical institute, located in Deralakatte, near the city of Mangalore, Karnataka. It was established in 1999. This is managed by the Nitte Education Trust, which runs a number of professional colleges in the state of Karnataka for the students professional growth, learning and personal growth. This academy was named after KS Hegde. He was a renowned Indian judge and parliamentarian.
