The scholarship will be awarded in the first semester only and is renewable based on CGPA, attendance, and conduct.

Students should compulsorily maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or above and have at least 80% attendance.

Courses & Fees - 2026 (Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubane...)

A minimum of 45% marks in the JEE exam are required to qualify for the (B.Tech) Program. The lateral entry in the B.Tech program of Engineering is available for Diploma students but, a condition is a 40% score in the Odisha JEE exam. For a Master of Technology (M.Tech), 50% marks in a bachelor's degree is mandatory, and  a GATE or SUAT score. 

A Master of Science (M.Sc) program generally requires a bachelor's degree with a 55% aggregate. Pursuing a Ph.D. demands a postgraduate degree and a successful UGC-NET qualification. Lastly, the integrated BCA + MCA program is for those students who are (10+2) pass with 50% marks, while an individual MCA program requires a bachelor's degree with 50% marks and a qualifying Odisha JEE score.
