How to apply
The admission process in VM Patel Institute of Management, VMPIM, is devised in such a manner that only the best students who are sound academically and apt for management studies are selected. One can download an application form from the official website of the institute in order to seek admission in MBA. A bachelor's degree in any recognized university with 50% marks is a must for the applicants. VMPIM carries out several entrance tests in its admission procedure, which are CMAT and GMAT, though this college might also take internal university level entrance exams and other state level exams.
Then, the candidates are shortlisted based on scores and academic performance gained in the entrance exam. For shortlisted candidates, a PI and GD are scheduled. PI and GD together test the communication skills, the candidate's level of critical thinking, leadership abilities, and, most importantly, the candidate's fitness for management studies. The final selection is, however, carried out based on the entrance examination scores, academic record followed by performance in PI and GD.
The moment the selection is finalized, candidates go through all formalities such as document verification, fee payment, and enrollment. The college guides and counsels students with appropriate decisions on specializations according to their interests and career goals. The entire process is transparent and sees to it that candidates are adequately supported throughout the admission cycle
