SunRise University hostel facilities provide students with a comfortable and secure living environment. The hostels are equipped with modern amenities, including spacious and fully furnished rooms available on a single, double, or triple occupancy basis. Each room is designed to ensure a balance between privacy and community living.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, a common room with entertainment facilities, a gym, and a well-maintained dining hall serving nutritious meals. The hostel fee is ₹50,000 per year, inclusive of accommodation and meals. Laundry services and medical facilities are also available on campus.

Electricity and water facility are always available along with other facilities like food, wifi, sports complex, etc.The University provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. All the hostels are well furnished and have high speed WI FI connections. They are also equipped with gyms. The mess food can be quite average, but is worth the money spent. Hostel Fees varies according to the facilities opted. However the minimum rent comes at around 50,000. There are also many PGs available near the campus; those might be available at better rates.
