 1. Pre-Placement Talk

- Description: Companies visit the campus to conduct pre-placement talks.

- Purpose: These talks provide students with insights into the recruiting organisations, the roles offered, and the company’s work culture.

- Interaction: Students have the opportunity to interact with company representatives and ask questions.

- Decision Making: Based on the information provided in these talks, students decide whether to apply to these companies.

 

 2. Submission of Resumes

- Description: Students interested in the opportunities presented submit their resumes.

- Process: 

  - Resumes can be submitted directly to the company after the presentation.

  - Alternatively, resumes may be submitted to the Placement Committee if the companies request them prior to their campus visit.

 

 3. Campus Recruitment

- Procedure: 

  - Companies inform the Placement Committee about their specific recruitment procedures, which may include:

    - Group Discussions (GD)

    - Case Studies

    - Personal Interviews (PI)

    - Written Tests

  - After completing the selection process, companies announce the list of selected candidates on the campus.

  - Selected candidates receive appointment letters.

 

- Support: The Training & Placement Team is open to considering additional ideas from recruiters to strengthen relationships and improve the recruitment process.

 

 4. Short Listing of Candidates

- Criteria: Companies prepare a shortlist of eligible students based on:

  - Resumes

  - Academic records

  - Other relevant criteria
