The goal of SOIL, co-created by 32 leading companies with support from 25 non-governmental organisations, was to cultivate leaders with character, expertise, and enthusiasm. Admission to the SOIL Institute of Management
The online application for admission to the SOIL PGDM and PGPM programs is required. The following are the specifics for the same:
- Go to the college’s official website.
- For each program, click on the “Apply Now” link.
- Complete the application correctly and include all required information.
- Use the online payment method (Debit/Credit Card/Net Transfer) to pay the INR 2000 application fee.
- After successfully paying the application fees, candidates will receive an email notification.
- Candidates must select a date for the Group Discussion and Interview once the application form has been submitted successfully.
Step 1: Criteria for Selection
The admissions committee administers the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT), a 105-minute assessment test, to assess candidates’ analytical abilities and leadership potential. The qualifying test is required for both SOIL Postgraduate Programs.
Step 2:Talent Appreciation
Interview following the assessment test will be done, the candidates who were shortlisted will be required to attend an interview with faculty members and senior industry professionals. Candidates will be asked questions about their background, goals, and how the MBA program fits into their plans during the 45-minute interview.
Step 3:Final Decision
All candidates will receive the final decision via email within four weeks of the interview.
