Anhui Medical University, formerly known as Dongnan Medical College, was founded in Shanghai in 1926. In 1949, the university was relocated to Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province. It was relocated to Hefei again in 1952, and the name was changed to Anhui Medical College. In 1996, the National Committee on Education approved a proposal to rename Anhui Medical College Anhui Medical University.

Today, the college has a total of 16673 undergraduates, of which 179 are enrolled in doctoral programs, 2728 in master’s projects, and 8867 in undergrad programs, in addition to 95 worldwide understudies (including those from Hong Kong and Macao) and 7187 in the School of Extended Education.

The college currently has 24 specifically subsidiary clinical and research units, ten partnered healing centers, 42 clinical schools, and 37 educating doctor’s facilities. Step 1: Filing the application

Step 2: The University will roll out the Offer letter after scrutinizing the student’s documents and application.

Step 3: The student needs to transfer the complete 1st-year tuition fee to the University A/C within 7 days of receiving the offer letter

DURATION FOR MBBS IN ANHUI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

Courses in Chinese medicine will take six years to complete. Five years of classroom training in which they will receive all necessary training. A yearlong apprenticeship will be combined with practical training. However, this begins after the classroom programs are completed. The apprenticeship will give them hands-on experience in surgeries, operations, and other relevant training to help them deal with any situation that may arise. This will also provide them with the necessary exposure.
