AIT popularly referred to as the Acharya Institute of Technology, may be a management and engineering college situated in Bangalore. It is accredited by the NBA (National Board of Accreditation) also as AICTE and was established in 2000. The college is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and has collaborations with various universities and industries worldwide. AICTE also granted the school ‘Technical Campus’ status within the year 2012.
