Admission into various programs at Motherhood University is contingent upon Academic Merit. For MBA admissions, CAT/MAT scores are considered, although merit-based admissions are also possible. As for Ph.D. programs, candidates undergo a Research Aptitude Test (RAT), with exemptions for NET/JRF/GATE/M.Phil. qualified applicants.

Motherhood University provides scholarships to deserving students based on both merit and financial need.

The criteria for tuition fee waivers for meritorious students are as follows:

A 40% fee waiver is granted to students who achieve marks ranging from 75% to 85%.
A 50% fee waiver is granted to students who achieve marks ranging from 86% to 89%.
A 100% fee waiver is granted to students who achieve marks above 100%.
