JNU CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria proposed by the University for applying for the entrance exam. Course wise eligibility criteria are as follows,<\/p>\n

FOR B.Tech\/ B.Tech + MBA<\/u><\/p>\n

Candidates should have completed 12th<\/sup> class education from a recognized institute with minimum 50% marks.There should be Physics and Mathematics as subjects.<\/p>\n

FOR B.Sc\/ B.Sc (Hons.)<\/u><\/p>\n

Candidates should have passed 12th<\/sup> class exam in science stream. They should have a minimum 50% marks.<\/p>\n

FOR BBA<\/u><\/p>\n

Candidates should have passed 12th<\/sup> class exam in any stream. There should be a minimum 50% marks.<\/p>\n

FOR B.Com<\/u><\/p>\n

Candidates should have passed the 12th<\/sup> class exam in any stream with minimum of 45% marks.<\/p>\n

JNU CET Exam Pattern<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Since JNU CET 2024 offers admission to several courses, there are several papers. Course wise exam pattern is given below.<\/p>\n

B.Tech<\/u><\/p>\n

It is almost similar to the JEE Main exam. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There is no negative marking.<\/p>\n

M.Tech<\/u><\/p>\n

There will be four papers<\/p>\n

  1. General awareness + General English<\/li>\n
  2. Physics<\/li>\n
  3. Chemistry<\/li>\n
  4. Mathematics<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    There will be 25 marks in each papers i.e., 100 marks in total.<\/p>\n

    B.Pharm<\/u><\/p>\n

    It is similar to entrance for B.Tech but there will be an option for the candidates to chose Biology or Mathematics.<\/p>\n

    MBA\/ PGDM\/ MCA<\/u><\/p>\n

    There will be following papers<\/p>\n

            For all the streams question papers are same. There will be two sections (A & B).<\/p>\n

            1. Section A<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              There will be 50 MCQs. Each question will carry one mark each. Questions will be based on General awareness, Science and English.<\/p>\n

              1. Section B<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                This is also a 50 mark paper. This test the research aptitude of the candidates. Candidates will have to write a well detailed write-up on their research paper.<\/p>\n
