About GLA University \u2013<\/span><\/h2>\n

GLA University, which was founded in 1998, is situated in Mathura. The Uttar Pradesh government has approved this private university. Additionally, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the Bar Council of India (BCI), the Pharmacy Council of India, and the University Grants Commission (UGC) have all given their approval (PCI). In addition to being certified by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) and NAAC with Grade “A,” GLA University is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).<\/span><\/p>\n

The University currently provides undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and diploma programmes in a variety of fields, including management, science, the arts, computer science, information technology, and more. Over 12 departments make up the six component institutes and faculties under which these courses are provided. The University also provides online and polytechnic courses via the Centre for Online Education and University Polytechnic, in addition to the full-time programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The institution is home to more than 10,500 students enrolled in a range of professional degrees across 110 acres of land. The campus is one of the best in the area and gives its students an advantage over students from other institutions because to its well-designed and maintained buildings, modern laboratories, big residential complexes, and recreational facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is challenging to identify the typical student and even more challenging to explain the typical GLA student experience due to the diversity of the student body. Students come from cities, suburbs, small towns, farms, public, private, and parochial schools, all different racial and religious backgrounds, and all different socioeconomic levels across the nation. Through the provision of financial aid and scholarships to its students, GLA is dedicated to ensuring that all people have access to educational opportunities. In addition to their academic pursuits, GLA students are involved off campus in extracurricular, co-curricular, and athletic activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Placement \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Over 3,000 offers have been made so far as the placements are still ongoing. According to the most recent data, GLA University placements 2022 had the highest offer of INR 44 LPA, while the average offer up to this point was INR 6.20 LPA. Additionally, more than 500 recruiters took part and presented students with different job opportunities. In 2022, Wipro, Accenture, Microsoft, Capgemini, Durafloor Concrete Solutions LLP, and other companies were among the top employers at GLA University.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell at GLA University is active and effective in securing employment for all students across a range of industries. The University has a 76% placement rate on average over the last ten years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hostel \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Hostels at GLA University are home to thousands of students from all over the nation, making them the closest thing to “a home away from home.” The GLA University offers comfortable dormitories to its remote applicants. Playgrounds and gorgeous green lawns surround the campus dorms. Boys and girls have their own facilities, and there are compassionate wardens and strict security to make sure you have a comfortable stay and can concentrate on your studies. The dormitories have uninterrupted power backup. There are also amenities for playing indoor games like TT, carom, chess, and TV.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The management of the hostel is under the control of a warden or hostel in-charge. With a sense of community and fraternity, students have a cosy and comfortable stay. The canteen at the hostel serves students hygienic, high-quality food that has been cooked by chefs with formal training. The hostel mess serves very good, filling meals. The mess accommodates the diverse gastronomic interests of the students from various geographical locations. The management, the caterer, and the students work together to plan and oversee the mess menu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sports \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The phrase “In a healthy body lies a healthy mind” is one that GLA University wholeheartedly believes in. The institution gives sports their due in such a way that instructors, staff, and students actively participate in the events that are conducted in the university all year long. National-level athletes coach a variety of sports. Each sport requires specialised personnel and facilities. The university’s academic calendar is filled with sporting events, whether they are on a national level, between colleges or schools, or between departments. Thanks to the dynamic sports culture that is as much a part of students’ lives as academics, there is never a dull moment on the university campus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They take part in sporting events at a number of renowned institutions all throughout the country. The sports department is dedicated to the overall physical health of the student body because we truly think that a student with a healthy physique will excel in all competitions throughout life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Admission \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

They provide a supportive environment that encourages sharp learning skills, a top-notch curriculum that provides the best in education, and ground-breaking placement possibilities at GLA University. Beginning in March and continuing through the end of July, GLA accepts new students (Except for Ph.D.)<\/span><\/p>\n

An online entrance exam called “GLAET” is used to determine admission to all courses, and it is administered in 60 locations around India. The fulfilment of the qualifying requirements is a requirement for admission to these courses. Please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements before applying for any of the courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alumni \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The goal of the GLA University Alumni Association is to strengthen and maintain links between GLA and its graduates. The Training and Placement Cell offers alumni additional services including career options, new job vacancies, etc. in addition to engagement chances.<\/span><\/p>\n

GLA firmly believes that the graduates of our University are not only our brand ambassadors but also an accurate representation of the ideals and values we uphold.
